Antigua: Injuries reported as people flee armed robbery
Assailants got away on foot

A number of people suffered injuries as they took cover during an armed robbery in Antigua, WIC News understands.
On Friday night a bar in Martins Village, close to Jarvis Auto Parts was approached by masked gunmen.
The assailants fired shots into the air, and a several of the customers present had money stolen.
As people ran for cover they sustained injuries and the gunmen got away on foot. Specific details on their wounds cannot be confirmed.
Police are said to be investigating the matter but are yet to release a statement on the matter.
