By ZEBVO Newswire: Dubai is the United Arab Emirates' most famous city. Currently, one of the most popular things in Dubai is the Atlantis Royal Resort & Residences on the Palm Jumeirah island. Dubai has some of the world's most luxurious, expensive, and well-known places to live and stay. You can't fully experience the city's opulence unless you stay in one of the world's most expensive penthouses or hotel rooms. At the Atlantis, The Royal Resort & Residences in Palm Jumeirah, the 25,000-square-foot, five-bedroom penthouse triplex is a significant example of luxury.  Atlantis The Royal Dubai was built and is run by Kerzner. It is on the crescent of The Palm that has 231 luxury apartments, 693 hotel rooms, and 102 suites. The luxurious penthouse is being sold by a full-service real estate company called Metropolitan Premium Properties. It's for sale at $49 million, and after the project is done, it's expected that the price will go up three times. The penthouse, which is thought to be the most expensive and luxurious in Dubai, has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, an outdoor deck with a 90-metre-high infinity pool, and views of Palm Island and the Arabian Sea. It also has a beautiful private lounge, a beautiful beach, and access to five-star amenities, making it a great place to stay. Designed by KPF architects, it has great interior options by Sybille De Margerie, who qualified artists to make materials like leather, metal and porcelain, glass and gold leaf.

Nikita Kuznetsov, a partner in the company Metropolitan Group and CEO of Metropolitan Premium Properties, say that foreign investors are becoming more and more inquisitive in buying ultra-luxury properties. According to Kuznetsov, there has been a rise in the number of villa and townhouse sales and an increase in the number of people interested in and looking for properties on the shorelines. Metropolitan Premium Properties, one of the largest and most trusted Real Estate Companies in the United Arab Emirates, said that 30% of its transactions were from international clients, mostly from the UK, CIS, and other parts of Europe, like France, Austria, and Germany. This trend is expected to continue this year as well. One of the most important deals the group made was two penthouses in the W Residence, Palm Jumeirah, to the same person; they also bought a Royal Atlantis Garden Villa for Dhs44m and a one in IL PRIMO Downtown for Dhs42m. The first thing that comes to mind when someone says "luxury accommodations in Dubai" is Atlantis or The Palm, with their unique Arabian design. This is true for visitors from all over the world. A significant change has taken place in Dubai since the Palm Jumeirah opened in 2008. There are now luxury apartments and stylish hotels there and a lot of high-end shops and restaurants around it.
