Dominica: Many join the Cardio Jam at the Trafalgar falls parking lot
Minister of Health, Wellness, and New Health Investment Dr. Irving McIntyre shared a glimpse of fun and wellness initiatives in the Roseau Valley.

Together with the Ministry of Tourism, the Minister and Parliament Representative from Roseau Valley conducted the second fitness in nature event (Cardio Jam) at the Trafalgar falls parking lot.
"It was all about wellness, exercising, and staying active to prevent illness. What better place for such an event than outdoors in the tourism capital of the Nature Isle, the Roseau Valley. A breathtaking ambiance and overall a fun-filled experience," said McIntyre.
He also invited people to come and participate this Saturday, April 9th, at the Fresh Water Lake from 4 pm.
"We look forward to part three this Saturday, April 9th, at the Fresh Water Lake from 4 pm. Hope to see you at Laudat. Hope to see you at Laudat," said Minister McIntyre.
McIntyre encouraged people to get out of their homes and enjoy the beauty of Dominica. He said such health initiatives are extremely good to for physical and mental health of people. He invited more people to be part of such initiatives.He also shared photos of the Cardio Jam on his Facebook account, where people could be seen exercising, and enjoying their time at the Trafalgar falls parking lot on a beautiful Sunday morning.
