Prime Minister stated that to allow persons to prepare for the three consecutive no-movement days, all workplaces and businesses will be required to close at midday on Friday.
He said the regular curfew hours would be 7 pm to 5 am the following morning on Wednesdays – Fridays and 6 pm on Saturdays.

Besides this, the existing work from home directive in the public sector is also extended until September 17, 2021.
PM said all heads of agencies and permanent secretaries are asked to ensure that only people who operate critical service delivery and some other specific work nature professionals to be allowed work from the physical location.
"For the private sector, I am making a strong appeal to companies to ensure only persons who cannot work from home come to the workplace." stated Prime Minister Holness.
