St Kitts and Nevis has the lowest COVID-19 cases in the Caribbean

St Kitts and Nevis: As the world is struggling to grapple with the coronavirus and an increasing number of infection, St Kitts and Nevis- The smallest country in the western hemisphere is one of the few which have the least number of COVID-19 cases.
