St Kitts and Nevis Beauty Queen Takyla Hart Johnson captured the crown at the Miss Haynes Smith Caribbean Talented Teen Pageant on Saturday

The first runner-up of the teen pageant was Shiloh Williams from (St Maarten), followed by Akiloh Fredericks (Guyana) in 2nd place. Meanwhile Miss Barbados, Shontae Allayne Clarke, and Guyana Queen Fredericks were crowned Best Theatrical Wear and Best in Evening Gown, respectively.
Takyla Johnson- Miss Hayness Smith Pageant winner, is a 17-year-old St Kitts and Nevis beauty queen who hails from the small village of Old Road.Besides her glimmering beauty, she is a confident and proud Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College student who courageously pursues her associate degree in Accounting.
In one of the conversations with her, Takyla Johnson opened up about the academic and professional aspects of her life. She shared that although Mathematics is quite challenging, she welcomes it courageously and sees it as a challenge or opportunity for her growth and development.
She also stated that her guides and teachers had found something special and different about her, so she is committed to meeting their expectations and exceeding them all.
Takyla is also a recipient under the category of "Youth Activist". In other co-curricular aspects, she is also passionate about Modelling. She says Modelling can help her improve her self-esteem, gain confidence, and enhance her social skills.
Which also helped her form close bonds and interact with other people. The other most exciting fact about her is she also enjoys diversifying her sense of style and dress and is out to try something unique.
Further, in the future, she aims to be a beauty and fashion consultant and is grateful for having the opportunity to represent her nation. Her motto for life is "Do It now, not later", and she truly applies it well in her personal and professional life.
