Saffee died of traumatic shock due to multiple injuries confirms autopsy
Resident Pathologist, Dr. Adrian Nunez-Quintana, performed an autopsy on the body of the late Hement Saffee of Pine Garden, Shadwell on July 08.
After completing the examination, Dr. Nunez determined that Saffee's cause of death was Traumatic Shock due to multiple traumatic injuries.
