Historic agreement signed between DCSLL and Liberty
The agreement which is signed to foster greater collaboration between these two credit union movements is claimed to be historic co-operation agreement. President of DCSLL, Josephine Dublin and Chairman of Liberty, Mitchelle Lake signed it to increase the areas of technical cooperation.

To expand the areas of technical co-operation and sharing of best practices the Dominica Co-operative Societies League Ltd. ( DCSLL) has signed an agreement with Liberty Co-operative Credit Union (LIBERTY).
The agreement which is signed to foster greater collaboration between these two credit union movements is claimed to be historic co-operation agreement. President of DCSLL, Josephine Dublin and Chairman of Liberty, Mitchelle Lake signed it to increase the areas of technical cooperation along with sharing of best practices and strategic initiatives to benefit both movements.
The signing was completed following the 48th Annual general meeting of the Caribbean Confederation of Credit Unions (CCCU) held in the Atlantis Crown Ballroom, Nassau Bahamas. The event was witnessed by the general managers, Phoenix Belfield & L. Vanessa Connor.
The signing of this understanding goes ahead the impact points of the World Credit Union Conference mutually facilitated by the World Chamber of Credit Unions (WOCCU) and the Caribbean Confederation of Credit Unions (CCCU) held in Nassau, Bahamas under the subject "A Celebration of Collaboration, Embracing the Future Together". This cooperation is a piece of the community-oriented methodology encouraged through the protection of the WOCCU and CCCU. Freedom and DSCLL will profit by key coalitions, shared organizations, understudy projects, and trades.
DCSLL President Josephine Dublin said, “We have been very impressed by the dedication and efforts of the leaders of Liberty, They are advancing the principles and mission of the worldwide credit union movement to help bring financial access and inclusion to families and individuals residing and working in Anguilla.”
