Venezuela Foreign minister says UN offered support for dialogue with opposition

Amid the political crisis in Venezuelan, the Foreign Minister Jorge Arreaza claimed that United Nation (UN) has offers support to the government for the dialogue efforts taking place at Barbados.
On Wednesday the minister insisted that in order to establish economic and political peace in the nation, Venezuela government is making all the efforts to reach an agreement with the opposition.
He said that during a meeting with United Nation's Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, the leader assured full support for the dialogue efforts taking place in Barbados.
"During our meeting we have discussed that how the government will hold the dialogue with the country's opposition in order to reach a political agreement for peace and tolerance in Barbados," he said.
While talking to the media a top diplomat of Venezuela said that during the meeting UN Secretary-General has expressed to him Venezuela’s concerns over the report presented by the U.N. High Commissioner for Human Rights Michelle Bachelet regarding the political and economic situation of the South American country.
