Nigeria confirms first case of coronavirus

Nigeria has affirmed its first instance of coronavirus, the wellbeing service said on Twitter on Friday, reporting the leading case in sub-Saharan Africa, as contaminations spread quickly around the world.
The service said the case was in the territory of Lagos, home toward the southwestern business capital of a similar name. Lagos is the most magnificent city in Africa's most crowded nation, with a populace of around 20 million.
"The case...is the main case to be accounted for in Nigeria since the start of the episode in China in January," the wellbeing service said in its post, including that the contamination was affirmed on Thursday.
An administration representative didn't quickly react to calls and instant messages looking for input.
Expectations that the infection would be contained to China evaporated on Friday as contaminations spread, with nations starting to store clinical hardware and financial specialists taking off in desire for a worldwide downturn.
