Dominica to host Jazz 'n Creole 2024 on May 5, know exciting lineup

Dominica is all set to host the most anticipated daytime event, Jazz 'n Creole 2024. The 13th edition of this unique festival will take place on Sunday, May 5, at Fort Shirley Cabrits National Park, Portsmouth and will feature some of the most exciting musical performers of all time.

According to the information from the Dominica Festivals Committee, the event will be held from 2 pm to 9 pm. Performers such as Alaine Mapy, Michele Henderson, Swingin Stars and Li-Li Octave are all set to put the stage on fire during this one-time event held annually in Dominica.

The DFC is encouraging everyone to purchase the tickets for the most classy and exciting daytime event, which is on everyone's calendar, Jazz 'n Creole 2024.

While sharing the information, the DFC said, "The countdown is on to the most classy and exciting daytime event on everyone's calendar, Jazz 'n Creole 2024! You've been raving about the well-rounded lineup, so don't hesitate to secure your tickets to join us at Fort Shirley, Cabrits, on Sunday, May 5th 2024!"

In addition to this, the tickets can be purchased online at https://dominicafestivals.com/jazz-home/, or people can also buy tickets physically at Depex Roseau, Bulls Eye Pharmacy and Water's Edge in Portsmouth.

"We can't wait to see your unique representation of Creole Fusion," added the Dominica Festivals Committee. Mayor of the town of Portsmouth, Kerry Breedy Prince officially announced the launch of Jazz' n Creole 2024 on May 22. She said, "As we gather to officially launch the main highlight, Jazz and Creole, we embark on a journey of sonic delight and cultural exploration, from the soulful rhythms of jazz to the lively beats of Creole music to the unique creativity of dress."

She added that the festival promises an unforgettable experience for all who attend, and Portsmouth has always been a town of diversity, a melting pot of cultures.
