16 New COVID-19 case's leads Saint Lucia’s Diagnosed Cases To 220
Chief Medical Officer, Dr Sharon Belmar-George stated that Saint Lucia had confirmed 16 new deadly COVID-19 cases. After this new data which is released by the Health Ministry, the total number of coronavirus cases diagnosed in the country is 220 .

Babonneau and Castries are the two central Hot spots districts of the country. CMO ( chief medical officer ) also added that positive cases are from different age groups, it starts from 19 and end with 85, the new total number of active cases currently in the country is now 119.
As per the Health Ministry, positive COVID19 cases have
been quarantined in the government health facilities.
The Ministry of Health and Wellness issued an advisory to the Saint Lucia people that if they If experiencing flu-like symptoms or suffering from any cough to get medical care visit immediately at the nearest community respiratory clinic.
As the number of coronavirus cases rising in the country duties of administration and ordinary people also increased. Without the citizens, support country couldn't win this battle. It is essential that we all must practice the virus prevention and government guidelines of hand hygiene, use of a face cover in public areas and maintain a physical distancing of six feet when in public.
In the world, the total number of COVID19 cases crossed 56.6 million, 1.39 million people have been died due to COVID19. Countries like the USA and India are in the topmost hit by this novel coronavirus, where the cases crossed 10 million.
There have been many reports related to the vaccine that deadly coronavirus vaccine will would available by the end of this year or certainly at the beginning of next year.
