Dr Terrance Drew, the current leader of St Kitts and Nevis Labour Party, stated that the country is fed up with an unstable government. He said the cost of living is now sky high, and the government recklessly cut off the electricity of some people even during the pandemic.

"Where is the heart of these politicians, where is the compassion, where is the care, love, people shut down in their houses and can't work, and you are putting them in darkness," said Terrance Drew.

Furthermore, he stated the government talks about the billions of Citizenship by Investment Programmes Funds, and they must utilize the money to give people electricity.

"Why are you cutting off people's water? We are in a pandemic, hygiene is important, and you are cutting off people's water; they can't wash hands properly," said Drew.

He stated that St Kitts and Nevis Labour Party thinks the best for the people of the country. He said, "Labour cares about the people".

Marsha Henderson, the new candidate for constituency 02, stated that she wants to empower people.

"We will abolish the laws that limit the exercise of civil liberty that prevents modern economics of living that will benefit the ordinary man and woman who must be empowered to stand resilience," said Henderson.
