People making $15 a minute by selling nudes online
A new trend is taking the internet by storm where teenagers and Millenials are selling their nude photos for some extra but really good amount of cash. Many social media platforms are allowing people to upload their nude or semi-nude photos and charge the public for viewing them.  The new trend of making money gained popularity in 2019; however, it is now more famous because a larger number of people are confined in their homes due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  The price of such photographs varies from profile to profile; in some cases, if the personality has more than 2,000 followers, the monthly subscription could be around $15. But, it will only allow you to access the normal content they are posting. For more explicit or on-demand photos, the subscriber must pay an extra price, anywhere around $15 to even $50 for one photograph.  In a detailed story by BBC, it was found that youngsters, mainly girls, are quitting their regular jobs and moving to social media platforms that are allowing them to sell nude or semi-nude photos.  BBC quoted one girl named Lauren, who is 23-year-old. She quit her regular office job that paid only $20,000 a year to run a full-time "onlyfans" account. The profile is helping her make more than $40,000 a month.   She said the income from sharing adult content on the site far exceeds what they could make in ordinary occupation.  Clients who are horny are turning to buy nudes in the same way that they are turning to watching cam girls instead of watching porn. Custom nudists are looking for a unique or personal type of "porn," and you can guarantee they're prepared to pay a premium for it.  They spend extra money if they want to see more skin or even more, and the model may even moan your name in a video created especially for you.  "Selling and purchasing nudes provides for a unique "connection" between seller and buyer, one that does not require either side to leave their home and does not involve any in-person face-to-face time," wrote Dazed. As per the BBC, OnlyFans users frequently use other social media platforms, such as Twitter and Snapchat, to promote their OnlyFans profiles and direct followers. BBC research found that one-third of all Twitter profiles examined for the study belongs to an underage person on a single day. The study examined 7,728 profiles on various platforms that advertised "nudes4sale" or similar terms, not just OnlyFans. Solicitation laws – the sale of sexual services – do not include any provisions for online advertising. That is instead covered by other laws concerning obscene material. The OnlyFans users who interacted with BBC said they do not provide sexual services for money with their fans.
