A woman is found with Cocaine and Cannabis at V.C. Bird International Airport at Antigua, was strapped to the lingerie of the woman.

Antigua and Barbuda: A woman of age 30 found with Cocaine and Cannabis at V.C. Bird International Airport, Antigua. She is a resident of George Street.
The officers from the Narcotics Department were on duty in the departure lounge, encountered the resident and found the stuff. Upon conducting a search, the narcotics department conducted a search and discovered over 1 pound of Cannabis and 42.5 grams of cocaine strapped to her body.
Considerably, Cocaine and Cannabis was found in the lingerie of the woman. For such a quantity found with her, the woman has been taken into police custody with two of the packages containing drug substance. And, the woman has been detained, is expected to face charges of drug trafficking and other related offenses.
Notably, as the cannabis found weighs 1.4 pounds has the value of EC $3,500. And, the cocaine having the weight 42.5 grams has the projected value of EC$ 1,487.50
