Two Martinique men remain missing after they reportedly set sail for St Lucia last month.
Search and rescue authorities have been unable to locate Christophe Quimper, 43, and 26-year-old Ismael Nemorin.
The pair are believed to have set sail on 19 May, and the last confirmed contact was on the afternoon of 20 May.
Social media has seen a number of posts about the missing men shared by friends and family but officials are still unsure of their whereabouts.
People who know Quimper and Nemorin are said to fear the worst, according to French media reports.
