St Lucia: PM Allen Chastanet recalls decade-old campaigning days
Prime Minister of St Lucia Allen Chastanet shared the days of doing political campaigning for Soufriere/Fond St Jacques parliament constituency.

He wrote on Facebook that those days of campaigning and newer ideas of bringing newer projects to the country have truly transformed the lives of hundreds of children.
As St Lucia slowly approaches its general elections, the Prime Minister is attempting hard to count all the minimal work that he did in throughout his career. Prime Minister Allen Chastanet has suddenly become very responsive and vocal on his social media accounts to express as well as count the developmental goals.On Sunday, he shared a photograph of himself with children and recalled decade-old memories.
He stated, "During my time as the candidate for the constituency of Soufriere/Fond St Jacques just over ten years ago, Hon. Herod Stanislas served as my Campaign Manager. It was during this time that we developed a comprehensive vision for Soufriere, leading to many of the initiatives and projects which are currently being implemented across the constituency today."St Lucian Prime Minister stated that campaigning from Soufriere/Fond St Jacques parliament constituency ten years ago have assisted him in creating several meaningful friendships.
He stated that he is proud that all the children in the constituency are being raised at the finest quality of life. Besides this, he also insisted on the development of the constituency in all those years.Furthermore, his caption continued," That period of my life also helped me build some truly meaningful friendships, many of whom I even consider family. It brings me tremendous joy knowing that many of them are raising children who can be proud that their constituency is being positively transformed in almost every area to raise the quality and standard of living whilst bringing long-awaited opportunities to their back yards."
