Leo Garbutt to be Grenada Hotel And Tourism Association President

Grenada's representative for tourism and the Grenada Tourism Authority (GTA) has stated that Leo Garbutt MBE has been named director of the Grenada Hotel and Tourism Association (GHTA). Garbutt returns to the table over 30 years of local tourism expertise, supporting Grenada's tourism industry and regionally playing a vital role at the Caribbean Hotel and Tourism Association (CHTA). Dr. Clarice Modeste Curwen said in a press statement that Garbutt is a visionary manager. He mentioned that he is confident that Garbutt would be an influential leader who can rally members of the GHTA to take advantage of new digital technologies and innovative business opportunities while maintaining Pure Grenada, the 'Spice of the Caribbean,' top of mind.
