The well renowned artist of St Kitts and Nevis, Byron Messia and Nigerian superstar Burna Boy's single 'Talibans II' has successfully sold around 500,000 units in the United States. This successful collaboration has given a great push to Messia's musical career.

Notably, this recent song was the follow up of Messia's original 'Talibans' which was released as part of his top selling album 'No Love'. It was released in January 2023 and is certified gold in Canada for selling 40,000 units and Silver in the United Kingdom for selling 250,000 units.

Talibans soared to the top of Apple Music charts in 13 nations, while the Talibans II was added to Burna Boy's 6th studio album titled 'I Told Em' on July 20, 2023.

At present, Taliban II garnered over 25 million views and around 231,000 likes and is making fans drool across the world.

The music video for the popular song Talibans II was shot in the Caribbean island of Jamaica while Burna Boy was on the island. The video showcases the artists' laid back moments at a beach side resort as well as on a gold course.

According to the reports, the latest song reached at No 99 on the Hot 100 chart the week of August 5, 2023 and No 52 on the Hot 100 of Canada. The song also remained on the Canadian Hot 100 for almost seven weeks in a row.

Moreover, both the artists, Kittitian Byron Messia and Nigerian Burna Boy, are set to perform at various international stages. Burna Boy will be performing at the 66th Annual Grammy Awards on Sunday on the heels of becoming the first artist from Africa to debut a song on the Hot 100 for four consecutive years from 2021 to 2024.

On the other hand, Messia has collaborated with Julius Dubose, and both of them will be going on the 'Better Off Alone' World Tour. From May 1 to September 20, 2024, they will be performing at various international stages.
