The Government of Grenada has announced changes to the prices of fuel products with Gasoline and Kerosene witnessing a slight increase. According to the information, the prices of Diesel and 100 lbs Cylinder dropped while 20 lbs and bulk
cylinder saw no change.
While informing the public about the petroleum products price, the Government said, “
The General public is hereby informed that effective, Thursday, April 18th, 2024, the retail prices of petroleum products (Gasoline, Diesel, Kerosene and Liquefied Petroleum Gas, (LPG), commonly known as, Cooking Gas) in the State of Grenada will change.”
The development added that the price of
Gasoline has been increased by $0.95. The old price of the product was $15.81 while the new price is $16.76.
The price of Kerosene has also witnessed a minor increase of $0.02 with the new price now standing at $12.01.
The 100 lbs Cylinder has been reduced significantly by $2.50 in Grenada. The old price of the product was $257.50 while the new price stands at $255.00. The product’s price has also been decreased in Carriacou and
Petite Martinique by the same price with the price now standing at $278.

The Government has also announced that the Ministry of
Finance will continue to monitor the petroleum product prices and will intervene as necessary if prices exceed $17.00.
