Dominica to welcome 6 more cruises this week with over 10500 passengers

Dominica is all set to welcome six more cruises this week, bringing more than 10500 passengers. The island has already received six calls on Monday and Tuesday which brought around 6000 passengers, showing the nation’s increasing demand among international cruise lines.

On Monday, the island received three cruise calls simultaneously all of which docked at different ports. MV Royal Clipper brought around 260 passengers at the ANCH Port, MV Star Flyer brought 180 passengers at the Cabrits Cruise Port and MV Windsurf brought 156 individuals at the Woodbridge Bay Berth.

Three cruises made their calls to the country on Tuesday as well with MV Carnival Freedom bringing 2980 passengers and docking at the Roseau Cruise Ship Berth, MV Marella Discovery brought 2124 passengers at Woodbridge Bay while SY Sea Cloud II brought 300 passengers at the Cabrits.

Today, MV Norwegian Sky will arrive in Dominica, docking at the Roseau Cruise Ship Berth and will bring a whopping 2450 passengers.

On Thursday, the island will receive two cruise calls simultaneously which will dock at different ports of the country.  MV Seven Seas Navigator will bring 542 passengers at the Roseau Cruise Ship Berth and MV Jewel of the Season will bring around 2469 passengers at the Woodbridge Bay.

On February 24, only one cruise will arrive in the country MV Marella Voyager bringing 1904 passengers at the Roseau Cruise Ship Berth.

Meanwhile, on February 25, MV Aidaperla and MV Emerald Azzurra will dock at Roseau Port and Woodbridge Bay respectively.
