Dominica always give thanks to God: PM Roosevelt Skerrit
PM Roosevelt Skerrit stated it is not just his government duty to provide the Dominican people with homes, but his biblical duties.

Dr. Roosevelt Skerrit emphasized, "When you do good, people always find something wrong in it."The Dominican Prime Minister stated that Dominica, despite being a small country, is facilitated its citizens with free homes while in some big countries, the governments are not even able to help the people. "In amidst of the pandemic, many citizens across the world even in rich countries are being evicted from their rented accommodations and their government's are not in the position for building homes for the people, We here in little Dominica giving homes to people." stated the Prime Minister
He noted that it is not just his government duty to provide the Dominican people with homes, but his biblical duties make him want to assist the country's people in every way possible. It is about our own civic and Christian duties." added the Dominican Prime Minister.
Prime Minister Skerrit mentioned that he always tells people not to give thanks to him but rather give thanks to God.
"We must say thanks because it is Christian and Biblical to say thanks for what is given to us," noted Dr. Skerrit.

Prime Minister also noted that when hypertension is prevalent, we must laugh and make jokes because it is essential to be happy and smile to reduce everyday stress.
