Caribbean leaders sends heartfelt wishes on Father's Day

International father's day was celebrated o Sunday with many prominent male personalities wishing others "Happy Father's Day". The Caribbean heads' of government, as well as political and social personalities, also posted heartfelt messages on their social media accounts.
Prime Minister of Dominica, Dr Roosevelt Skerrit, shared a graphic on his Facebook account where he could be seen hugging a child.
"Wishing a very Happy Fathers Day to all the fathers of our nation.
For the love, guidance and protection provided to your families, we salute you. May your day be filled with joy,".
Prime Minister Skerrit's wife also shared a video on her Facebook account, where the leader could be seen enjoying small moments with his kids. She called him a devoted father who adored his kids.
"Roosevelt, you are such a devoted daddy who adores your kids. I admire the way you have always embraced this role. We adore you and love you.
To my Roseau Central daddies, please continue to shower unending love and constant praise upon your children. Happy Father's Day to you," said Melissa Skerrit.
Besides this, Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis, Dr Timothy Harris, also wished Father's Day, "To all of the fathers in our beautiful nation, I say thank you for all that you do in raising our children to walk tall, be inspired and be the best they can be,"
Leader of People's Action Movement (PAM) Shawn Richards also shared a message, "On this Father’s Day, I celebrate all those hardworking and caring men who continue to play that very important role in supporting and raising children. One of my greatest moments was becoming a dad. I thank God for giving me a son who continues to be my biggest inspiration, supporter and blessing in life. Happy Father’s Day to all fathers, step-fathers, grandfathers, uncles and father-figures in St. Kitts & Nevis,".
