Bahamas announces travel ban

The Bahamas government has restricted individuals who have visited Iran, Italy and South Korea from entering the archipelago as it moves to forestall the spread of the coronavirus (Covid-19) there.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in an announcement said that dependent on the counsel given by the World Health Organization (WHO), the infection, which has slaughtered more than 3 000 individuals around the world, has now spread to more than 75 nations.

It said that there are no specific or affirmed instances of the infection here, including "as of now, the legislature of The Bahamas is avoiding potential risk to secure the wellbeing and strength of our inhabitants and guests.
"This new warning is a piece of the administration's upgraded exertion to address this general wellbeing risk."
