In another shooting incident that occurred on the same day in Port of Spain, St James, a one-legged man was killed.

According to the police reports, a 49-year-old, Stephon Alexander, a resident of Nizam Street, St James, was liming at a bar located at Bournes Road around 7:45 pm on Thursday when he was shot dead.

Police said that the victim had his right leg amputated many years ago, and his killers went directly toward him and did not shoot anyone else who was present there at the scene, which convinced the police that he was the target.
